It's not often I come across a big space that manages to stay that way. Kudos to Fernlund + Logan on a job well done in their Chinatown apartment. It affectively comes off as a well curated collection rather than a storage space for their mid-century furnishings -- I think maintaing a large amount of floor space was the ticket. Plus check out those windows...massive.
